Reservations in partner hotels must be made online.

Room availability subject to the quota available for the congress (early booking strongly recommended)

A bank imprint will be required for guarantee, reservations are cancellable / modifiable free of charge until d-7 of your arrival and are to be paid directly at the hotel.

In case of no-show at the hotel, La Rochelle Tourisme Evénement (LRTE) reserves the right to charge all nights booked in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
