BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR YOUR ONLINE BOOKING

Any reservation* made on the platform must be guaranteed by a bank imprint to be validated. This guarantee does not constitute payment: you must pay on arrival at the hotel.

Please present your validated reservation (paper or email) upon arrival at the hotel.

Reservations can be cancelled/modified free of charge up to 7 days before the start date of your stay. After this period, the nights are no longer cancellable and the amount incurred is due in full.

In the event of a no-show at the hotel, La Rochelle Tourisme Evénements (LRTE) reserves the right to charge all nights booked from the bank imprint used to book, in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
