As part of the Sunny Side of the Doc 2025, La Rochelle Tourism & Events offers you a selection of accommodation

bookable for the nights of Sunday 22 June to Thursday 26 June 2025 inclusive.

How to book?

2. Select your dates of stay and number of people

3. The list of available partner hotels appears, choose the desired service (room/breakfast)

4. Validate your choice- complete your details and bank guarantee (mandatory to book)

Make sure you have received your confirmation email as proof of your effective booking!

BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR YOUR ONLINE BOOKING

Any reservation made on the platform must be guaranteed by a bank imprint to be validated. This guarantee does not constitute payment: you must pay on arrival at the hotel.

Please present your validated reservation (paper or email) upon arrival at the hotel.

Reservations can be cancelled/modified free of charge up to 7 days before the start date of your stay. After this period, the nights are no longer cancellable and the amount incurred is due in full.

In the event of a no-show at the hotel, La Rochelle Tourisme Evénements (LRTE) reserves the right to charge all nights booked from the bank imprint used to book, in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
